A midcentury pillow pattern is reborn via The Mommy Pop Shop, curated by Charleston interior designer, Cameron Schwabenton of Cameron Stewart, luxury interior design and preservation firm.
While working on several early 1960s era design projects, Cameron extensively researched the decorative arts of the period and incorporated this midcentury pillow design. Over the years, Cameron has included these signature pillows in her projects for their unique style and beautiful handmade craftsmanship.
On a mission to add eye candy to sofas everywhere, Cameron launched The Mommy Pop Shop to share her couture pillows with the public. The Mommy Pop pillow is named for Cameron’s beloved southern grandmother who was fondly nicknamed Mommy Pop. Mommy Pop served as the family matriarch until her passing and was the epitome of southern style, grace, and strength. Think classy grandma who drives a station wagon while wearing driving gloves!
Mommy Pop pillows have been featured in several publications including House Beautiful and New England Home magazines.
